peterschreiber.media/iStock via Getty Images The Canadian bitcoin mining company, Bitfarms (BFARF) receives DTC eligibility to get listed on the Nasdaq exchange and trading begins on June, 21 of this year under the ticker symbol "BITF." Bitfarms founder and CEO Emiliano Grodzki: "When Bitfarms begins trading on the Nasdaq, it will be the largest publicly traded bitcoin miner in North America using greater than 99% hydroelectricity renewable electricity." Shares are up 4.8% today. Last month, the company received Nasdaq listing approval.
