AMC (NYSE:AMC) is expanding its planned crypto acceptance for tickets and concessions. "Cryptocurrency enthusiasts: you likely know @AMCTheatres has announced we will accept Bitcoin for online ticket and concession payments by year-end 2021," CEO Adam Aron tweets. "I can confirm today that when we do so, we also expect that we similarly will accept Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash." AMC (AMC) announced last month that it planned to accept Bitcoin by the end of the year. Bitcoin (BTC-USD) is up 2% above $48K, while Ethereum (ETH-USD) is up 7% and Litecoin (LTC-USD) is up 7%. AMC is down 2% in premarket trading. Theater stocks have benefited recently as the impressive box numbers for 2021 continue.
