Olemedia/E+ via Getty Images Volt ETF Trust has filed paperwork on a preliminary prospectus with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission to launch the Volt Bitcoin Revolution ETF. Furthermore, the Volt Bitcoin Revolution ETF is to be listed and trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol: BTCR.The actively managed exchange traded fund seeks to invest in both U.S. and foreign companies with exposure to bitcoin from an investment objective. Additionally, the advisor applies an option overlay strategy to the fund’s equity investments.Per the prospectus, the ETF defines companies with exposure to bitcoin by three different criteria.
