Just in time for the Holiday season, Block (NYSE:SQ) launches a new Cash App feature that enables its users to gift in stock or bitcoin (BTC-USD), according to a tweet. With the new Cash App feature, "you can now send as little as $1 in stock or bitcoin," the company says. "It's as easy as sending cash, and you don't need to own stock or bitcoin to gift it." Recall on Monday that Robinhood (NASDAQ:HOOD) also plans a crypto gifting feature. Shares of SQ slide nearly 2% so far on Tuesday. At the start of December, formerly known as Square, changed its corporate name to Block, and its crypto operation as Spiral.
